NOTO Through the eyes of Emilio Giagnoni

In Paris, the Noto restaurant transports guests directly to the heart of Sicily. Under the direction of young chef Emilio Giagnoni, who trained at the prestigious George V alongside Simone Zanoni, Noto’s cuisine is a vibrant tribute to Italy, yet boldly contemporary. Each dish tells a story, that of Sicily, from Venice to Palermo, from Puglia to Naples, with Mediterranean flavors that invite travel.

The menu, rich and refined, offers Italian classics revisited with finesse. Carpaccio de la mer, vitello tonnato, saffron and sea bass risottos capture the purity of Italian ingredients. Linguini with bottarga and trofie al pesto are bursts of freshness and authenticity.

And to finish on a sweet note, classic tiramisu or mousse al limone offer delicious memories of southern Italy.

But Noto isn’t just about quality cuisine: it’s also a true sensory experience.

The atmosphere is warm and festive, with live musicians and singers enlivening the evenings. From 10pm onwards, French variety tunes blend with the magic of the place, creating a convivial atmosphere where you can share much more than just a meal.

Noto is a bit of Sicily in the heart of Paris. A culinary voyage, a blend of tradition and modernity, where every meal becomes a celebration of life and sharing.
