Bayview by Michel Roth
Gourmet
Facing a magnificent panorama of the Alps and Lake Geneva, Bayview restaurant has an elegant, contemporary style and refined service where you can savor the first Swiss menu created by acclaimed chef Michel Roth (MOF, Bocuse d'Or 1991, Prix Taittinger 1985). He describes his cuisine as “a cuisine based on seasonal products, classic yet contemporary at the same time,” and totally in keeping with the reputation of Hotel President Wilson, where this one-star Michelin restaurant is located. Bayview restaurant retains its Michelin star as awarded in 2013, and has a rating of 18/20 in the 2016 Gault Miliau Guide. Roth's values embrace simplicity, boldness, and refinement, as seen in his cuisine: “I like that my clients have the impression of dining at a friend's home at the same time as they enjoy original, surprising food.” His definition corresponds closely to that which impressed the culinary experts: “a cuisine with a grand finesse, that revisits the French repertory with creativity and subtlety.” An impressive wine cellar adds to this unique culinary experience.
