See the map | ItineraryIn the heart of Geneva, just steps from the Grand Théâtre and Old Town, La Bottega, an Italian restaurant in Geneva, blends perfectly with its environment, set among beautiful buildings decorated with stucco and wrought iron. Italian architects and artisans designed the clean, modern decor using recycled materials. Simplicity and minimalism are the key words in describing the relaxing, warm, and welcoming ambiance for a culinary experience worthy of all epicures.
Our cuisine is inspired by Italian traditions yet reinterpreted with new flavors for a more contemporary approach. You’ll find wonderful dishes that evoke true Italian heritage, with great blends of flavors and aromas.
Chef Francesco Gasbarro:
Francesco’s passion for cooking was born when he was a teenager, and he began to work in Florentine restaurants at an early age. After his first experiences, he decided to open his own restaurant is the residential neighborhood of Campo di Marte in Florence. His culinary repertory is based in Italian and Tuscan traditions revisited with a modern touch. Inventive experimentation and an interesting mix of high-quality ingredients are the chef’s signatures, as well as an extensive knowledge of wine.
