As a result, Déborah, Nathaniel, and Guillaume reinvented this famous bistro to contain three different, yet complementary, universes where people can meet. The brasserie is open for lunch and dinner in an elegant, authentic setting. The menu features classics, from their grandmother’s recipes revisited to signature tartars made to order and delicious seafood platters for a light, traditional cuisine comprising fresh local and seasonal ingredients. At lunch, rapid service with daily specials is available for those who work.
Those who like a friendly atmosphere can meet in the wine and champagne bar, designed to be especially cozy, as if you were at a friend’s house. The décor includes high tables with rattan stools as well as extremely comfortable armchairs for relaxing and appreciating the moment. Enjoy breakfast in the morning, lunch on the run at noon, or an excellent glass of wine in the evening. It’s a fun, yet serene, and what’s more it’s self-service!
And finally, upstairs, Les Philosophes has opened the first working-club space in Geneva. The ambiance is inviting if you want to get work done, organize a get-together, or schedule a business meeting.
