Facing a magnificent panorama of the Alps and Lake Geneva, Bayview restaurant has an elegant, contemporary style and refined service where you can savor the first Swiss menu created by acclaimed chef Michel Roth (MOF, Bocuse d'Or 1991, Prix Taittinger 1985). He describes his cuisine as “a cuisine based on seasonal products, classic yet contemporary at the same time,” and totally in keeping with the reputation of Hotel President Wilson, where this one-star Michelin restaurant is located. Bayview restaurant retains its Michelin star as awarded in 2013, and has a rating of 18/20 in the 2016 Gault Miliau Guide. In 2021, Michel Reybier has reinvented Le Loti at La Réserve Genève to tell a different story.   The new Restaurant Bar has been totally redesigned to create a single universe, extending out onto the terrace and blurring the boundary between inside and outside.   The décor imagines a fantasized elsewhere, a mix of distant influences joyfully interwoven by Jacques Garcia. In this dreamlike travel diary, blue, beige and ochre create a soft, luminous atmosphere.   Everywhere, the mysterious atmosphere of a jungle of ferns and exotic flowers pervades, under the gaze of legendary parrots.
