- November 5-10, 2024: Christophe Bacquié – A three-star chef at the Hotel & Spa du Castellet, Christophe Bacquié is a culinary virtuoso, elegantly blending traditional techniques with modern innovations to create bold, refined dishes.
- November 29 – December 1, 2024: Hong Thaimee – Based in New York, this Thai chef has won over palates with her mastery of authentic Thai street food flavors, sublimated by modern techniques. Her rich, vibrant cuisine will transport you to the heart of Thailand.
- February 26 – March 1, 2025: Yann Couvreur – A visionary pastry chef, Yann Couvreur is renowned for his bold, refined creations. He showcases seasonal produce in desserts that are both modern and timeless, veritable masterpieces of pastry-making.
- 20-22 mars 2025 : Alvaro Clavijo – Chef colombien de Restaurante El Chato à Bogotá, classé parmi les 50 meilleurs restaurants du monde, Alvaro Clavijo réinvente la cuisine colombienne avec une approche innovante, mêlant tradition et créativité pour une expérience culinaire inédite.
