To celebrate its centenary, FENDI presents the Summer 2025 collection, a tribute to its heritage while firmly anchored in the future. Inspired by the legendary 1977 film Histoire d’Eau, this collection evokes the timeless style of Rome and the sophistication of a Mediterranean summer.
The collection pays homage to FENDI’s spring/summer 1978 ready-to-wear collection, immortalized in a cult film directed by Jacques De Bascher.
Through the eyes of Susy Dyson, a glamorous traveler who turns Rome into her playground, FENDI is inspired by casual summer elegance, imbued with the soul of the eternal city.
Light fabrics and airy silhouettes are enhanced by nature-inspired embroidery, with motifs of red coral, underwater flowers and bandana prints. Colors of sea, coral and sand dominate the palette, creating modern ensembles with a summery, Mediterranean feel.
The creations are distinguished by refined details: flowing maxi dresses, fitted ensembles, devoré lace pieces, embroidery and touches of sculpted coral. Sporty lines and lush textures, like laser-cut floral denim and FF silk jacquards, bring a contemporary dimension to this collection.
On the accessories side, FENDI Tote bags come in spacious new versions, transformed with precious materials and two-tone effects. Fendi Fling sandals and Selleria leather slippers complete the relaxed summer spirit of this line.
Available from May 1, 2025, the FENDI Summer 2025 collection embodies the carefree elegance of a Roman summer, combining heritage and modernity with a touch of casual glamour.
