This dinner, conceived as an immersion in the refined world of Burgundy’s grands crus, will mark a unique encounter between two heritages of excellence: the Michelin-starred cuisine ofAnne-Sophie Pic and the wines of Domaine Yvon Clerget.
Thibaud Clerget, present for this confidential evening, represents the 28th generation of a line of winemakers established in Volnay since 1278.
At the helm of the family estate since 2015, he breathes new life into a centuries-old winemaking tradition. From prestigious plots such as Les Caillerets or Les Rugiens, cultivated with exacting standards and humility, come wines of singular character, reflections of a terroir mastered with passion.
Domaine Yvon Clerget, nestled in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, is renowned for its elegant, refined wines , deeply respectful of the terroir. Each cuvée reflects a balance between ancestral know-how and contemporary innovation, a philosophy shared by Anne-Sophie Pic in her own approach to haute gastronomie.
