On May 23, 2024, Barcelona’s Park Güell was transformed into a veritable fashion theater to host the Louis Vuitton Croisière 2025 fashion show. Designed by the House’s talented Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière, this collection is a veritable ode to escapism and the art of travel.
A play of striking contrasts
The Croisière 2025 collection skilfully plays with contrasts. Architectural volumes are combined with fluid draping, creating silhouettes that are both structured and graceful. Noble fabrics such as silk, crepe and jacquard blend with sportier materials like denim and jersey, creating a wardrobe that oscillates between refinement and casualness.
Tribute to Spain
Nicolas Ghesquière pays a vibrant tribute to Spain by incorporating intricate embroidery, bangs and ruffles into his designs, evoking Spanish folklore and craftsmanship. The color palette is inspired by Spain’s sunny landscapes, with vibrant shades of red, orange and golden yellow.
