This luxury property, designed in Belle Époque style, opened in 1889. The hotel was entirely renovated in 2004 by the acclaimed French designer, Jacques Garcia, who revived this fabulous building with its 126 guest rooms and suites that evoke old-world Mediterranean charm, combining glamour, sophistication, and elegance.

Three gourmet restaurants, orchestrated by Joël Robuchon and Christophe Cussac, provide a unique and varied culinary experience for food lovers.  Try Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo, with its two Michelin stars, to enjoy excellent cuisine brimming with Mediterranean flavors, or Yoshi, the only Joël Robuchon Japanese restaurant in the world, which has one Michelin star for its typical Japanese cuisine served in a contemporary setting boldly designed by Didier Gomez. And Odyssey, the third Joël Robuchon restaurant, shares its poolside charms in a high-fashion environment created by Karl Lagerfeld.

In partnership with Maison Givenchy, Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo opened the Spa Metropole by Givenchy in the spring of 2017.
