Bold colors and exotic art, from zebra stripes on the floor to a bright-blue rhinoceros head on the wall (faux of course), add to the whimsy of Villa Geneviève. Recently renovated, this villa sets itself apart in many ways. The facade maintains a Caribbean-Creole style, including lush tropical vegetation and a small waterfall, but the interiors are quite spectacular, combining a mix of old and new, with an eye toward the future.
Entering the villa, guests are immediately drawn to the view. On the hillside in Lurin, above Gustavia with its shops, dining, and nightlife, Villa Genevieve embraces the Caribbean Sea with a vista that stretches toward the horizon. Red columns and shutters add another dash of color and define the large terrace, with its outdoor seating and heated swimming pool, the perfect place to contemplate the universe as the day transitions to night.
