Three lovely bedrooms with French king-size beds are located upstairs from the main entrance, each with its own private bath, double closets, and Apple TV. A chef’s kitchen, dining area, and living/media room are all modern, with cool white interiors that open to a covered terrace with comfortable furniture for outdoor enjoyment, be it dining or simply relaxing. A heated, extra-long infinity pool is just a few steps down on a sunny deck with a gazebo, and at the water’s edge is a small, private man-made beach area for those who want to soak up the sun and work on their tans. Villa Javacanou enjoys direct access to Marigot Bay, which is forbidden to any motorized boats, allowing guests to enjoy a quiet, peaceful ambiance, where only kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling are allowed. Lush gardens and a manmade “beach” on the lower level add to the charm of this three-bedroom villa. The bedrooms comprise an ocean-view master on the main level with en suite bath and a dressing room. One of the guest rooms has a garden view and is located close to the living room with a bath in the hall. The lower level houses the third bedroom with its bath en suite, plus a terrace.
