Trained at a restaurant school and by working at both top-name and family-run places in France, as well as in St Barth, Simon creates cuisine with French and local roots accented by Asian notes, as a reminder of his travels in India, Nepal, and Thailand.
As a private chef, he can cook for all kinds of occasions, offering a palette of classic flavors to which he adds a touch of originality.
He can start your day with breakfast featuring sweet and savory options, such as a choice of daily pastries or freshly made green detox juice. He can also make weekly dinners or turn up the grill for the family on Sunday.
Polyvalent in every sense, he adapts to your schedule and can provide his services at a villa, on a boat, be full-time during your stay, or orchestrate special for groups up to 12 people (or more if planned in advance).
Rates:
– From 50€/hour (breakfast) & 70€/hour (lunch or dinner)
– Full day (3 meals) from 700€ – 800€/day
