Located right by the sea in St Jean, Villa Le Moulin is the quintessential beach house, looking out at bright turquoise waters. The most remarkable asset is a picturesque stone mill that gives the villa its name, and houses the most romantic of the three bedrooms in this lovely home. Next to this historic landmark is the main house with two additional bedrooms, all with private baths.
Amenities include US satellite TV to stay abreast of the news, and soundproof windows and glass doors that provide peace and tranquility for an afternoon siesta. This villa lends itself to families or couples who love to be on the beach, with watersports practically at their doorstep, including paddleboard and windsurfing. And just steps away from restaurants—for a feet-in-the-sand lunch, a sunset cocktail, or dinner just a short stroll away—as well as numerous boutiques in the center of St. Jean.
A gorgeous swimming pool adds to the charm, along with a covered patio for alfresco dining orchestrated by the sound of gently lapping waves, while a beautiful stone wall and lush tropical landscaping provide privacy. Not far from the airport, the villa offers guests with a bird’s-eye-view of the small planes taking off and landing on the little runway.
